At LVAD Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is placed inside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
